For a quick and easy installation, the Desktop TITAN can be placed on a desk, workspace, table (bolts may be necessary), or mounted on a mobile or bolt down pedestal. The standard features for the 12-gauge steel enclosure, include: an adjustable monitor shelf with a VESA mount (75mm x 75mm & 100mm x 100mm), an integrated ergonomic keyboard/mouse drawer (optional lock can be added), a removable sloped work surface with pencil/pen tray, and a tempered safety glass viewing window designed to accommodate a 24-inch monitor, with the option to remove the front door and add a window to accommodate a 27-inch screen. The back door provides access to equipment in the rear of the enclosure. The door has an opening of 25.86-inches high by 25.45-inches wide. A cable entry cutout with waterproof gasket is included at the bottom of the rear door.

IceStation by ITSENCLOSURES is happy to announce a new heavy-duty enclosure solution for rack mountable electronics (switches, routers, and network equipment): the NEMA 4 desktop IR282626-04 rack enclosure. The NEMA 4 enclosure will guard against dust, dirt, grease, hose directed water, corrosives, and weather conditions like rain, sleet, and snow.

Designed with 19” square punched rack channel (supports square cage-nuts for either #10-32 or M6 threaded mounting screws), the IR28-04 rack enclosure is fabricated out of 14-gauge cold rolled steel with the outside dimensions measuring 28” high by 26” wide by 26” deep. Internally, the desktop rack enclosure offers 12U of available rack space.

The IR28-04 front and rear doors feature two-point latching with locks and long-lasting dual durometer EPDM gasket. A tempered safety glass or polycarbonate window (17.2” Wide x 13.6” High with a 21.9” diagonal) can be installed on the 12-gauge steel front door. In addition, the doors can be easily removed by lifting the pins on the hinges.

The latest IceStation industrial computer enclosure is the IO352813-4X stainless-steel monitor/computer enclosure, which was designed specifically for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries in mind. NEMA 4X enclosures will defend against dust, dirt, hose directed fluids, corrosive materials, and most weather conditions.

ITSENCLOSURES IO series enclosures are designed for use with flat panel monitors and thin client/small form computers. The computer enclosures are the perfect solution for limited space environments.

The NEMA 4X IO35 computer enclosure is formed and fully welded with type 304 stainless-steel and a vertical #3F finish. This enclosure features a built-in keyboard drawer to store a desktop or industrial keyboard and mouse. The roll-out keyboard tray – with two quarter turn compression latches – measures 3″ High by 22.62″ Wide x 9.88″ Deep.

The IO35-4X measures 35” High by 28” Wide by 12” Deep with a 25.5” diagonal window measuring 13.75” High by 21.5” Wide. ITSENCLOSURES offers tempered safety glass or polycarbonate window options for the front door. The stainless-steel door panel includes concealed hinges and two quarter turn screwdriver style latches (key locking latches are also available). A monitor sized up to 25-inches can be installed to the internal VESA mount, which is part of the vertical support bracket. The bracket is used to tip out and install the PC/monitor. The chassis includes a 100-cfm re-circulating fan.

A Roxtec sealed cable entry gland can be installed – in various spots on the enclosure – for the ingress and egress of power cords, wires, and cables.
