The IR40-12 is perfect for various industrial and factory settings and is equipped with 19-inch wide, fully-adjustable mounting rails with 20U (35 inches) of interior rack mount space. The front door (opening 19.5″ x 35″) features a full view glass window and both the front and back doors have two key locking latches. A fastener secured split entry panel on the bottom and top of the enclosure allows for dust tight cable/cord/wire entry.

The durable side panels are constructed out of 16-gauge steel and can be removed, in order to join together multiple IR40 enclosures. With industrial grade casters, the IR40-12 can be positioned on the manufacturing floor with ease. Need to secure the cabinet to the floor? Bolt down legs are available to be installed in place of the casters.

IceStation by ITSENCLOSURES is happy to announce a new heavy-duty enclosure solution for rack mountable electronics (switches, routers, and network equipment): the NEMA 4 desktop IR282626-04 rack enclosure. The NEMA 4 enclosure will guard against dust, dirt, grease, hose directed water, corrosives, and weather conditions like rain, sleet, and snow.

Designed with 19” square punched rack channel (supports square cage-nuts for either #10-32 or M6 threaded mounting screws), the IR28-04 rack enclosure is fabricated out of 14-gauge cold rolled steel with the outside dimensions measuring 28” high by 26” wide by 26” deep. Internally, the desktop rack enclosure offers 12U of available rack space.

The IR28-04 front and rear doors feature two-point latching with locks and long-lasting dual durometer EPDM gasket. A tempered safety glass or polycarbonate window (17.2” Wide x 13.6” High with a 21.9” diagonal) can be installed on the 12-gauge steel front door. In addition, the doors can be easily removed by lifting the pins on the hinges.

Mt. Pleasant, PA (June 29, 2018) – Designing and developing the most durable enclosures on the market, ITSENCLOSURES has announced another tough, heavy-duty enclosure: the IceStation IR262428-12, a NEMA 12 desktop rack enclosure.

The IceStation IR26 rack enclosure is designed to shield and protect rack mountable electronics in harsh and dirty factory facilities. The IR26-12 is fabricated out of 14-gauge painted steel (black powder coated) and measures 26” high by 24” wide by 28” deep.

The interior of the rack enclosure features front and rear mounting rails which are square punched for use with cage nuts. The total interior space is 12U, which is approximately 21” high.

The IR26 has lockable front and rear doors for protection from the elements and includes lift and turn compression latches. The front door of the rack enclosure includes a polycarbonate window.

To easily route cables and wires, a dust-tight, water-tight Roxtec cable entry gland can be installed on the rear or sides of the unit. Additional accessories available, include a 10-foot power cord to run electricity into the inside of the box, a 6-outlet surge protector, rack mountable shelving, and a solid front door.

For thermal management, a filtered fan system will create positive pressure on the inside of the rack enclosure and prevent any harmful dust and dirt from entering the cabinet. For cooler environments, a thermostatically controlled heater can be added to maintain a desired temperature.

For additional flexibility, the IR26 can be installed on an adjustable stationary pedestal or an adjustable mobile pedestal.
